- Shed moving & relocating
We move most major shed brands that are constructed on runners (not permanent, on-site builds). From small garden sheds to larger portable buildings, we’ll transport your shed to its new location with care. - Shed releveling & repositioning
Over time, ground settling can cause a shed to shift or become unlevel. We can relevel your existing shed on-site, ensuring doors close properly and the structure remains stable. Need to shift it to another spot on your property? Our shed Mule is the perfect thing for the job. - Tie-downs & anchoring (where applicable)
For safety and compliance, we can secure your shed with tie-downs or anchoring systems, giving you extra peace of mind during storms or high winds. - Narrow access moves with the Shed Mule
Got a backyard that’s tough to reach? No problem. Our specialty Shed Mule is designed to maneuver sheds through tight gates, around obstacles, and into spaces where trucks or trailers can’t fit.
How It Works
3. Move Day
On the scheduled day, our driver will:
- Call ahead with an estimated arrival time
- Load and transport your shed using professional moving equipment
- Set the shed in the chosen area, provided it is suitable and safe for placement
- Level the shed using customer-provided blocks
4. Payment
The final price will be determined by the driver within the quoted range after the move is complete.
Payment is required in full on the day of the move.
Shed Move Terms & Acknowledgements
I understand that I am fully responsible for building location, all permits, damage of property / shed / contents in the process of the move. Our drivers are extremely careful, but there is always a risk that must be acknowledged and assumed in order to move a shed. I understand that I am responsible to provide all blocking. Any blocks the Driver provides will add $5 per block to the move price. I understand that Coastal Sheds, LLC and the Driver reserve the right to determine that any building is not suitable to be moved, or that any location is not suitable for the pick-up or drop-up of the shed. The Driver will determine the exact price of the move, within the quoted range, after the move is complete. This amount must be paid in full at the time of the move.

Once we review your shed details, photos, and site conditions (gates, trees, slopes, utilities, access points), we’ll provide a price range estimate based on mileage, building size, and site factors. Review and acknowledge the shed moving terms below.
